Damon has named the kitten, but, in an uncharacteristic display of tact, doesn’t feel that now is the time for an introduction.
An extra comic is scheduled for Saturday (noon, Eastern).

I congratulate you. You have conveyed the happiness and sadness of the occasion. Two people in mourning that are happy to see each other and yet grieving their lost loved ones.
In the last panel Iusta looks about to start crying over her lost husband. Felix seems to have lost all hope and is calling on his Roman virtus to lent him strength and not cry.
Thank you for the thoughts on this one. I had to think a long time about how I would depict this scene.
Aww, that’s so poignant: Joy and sorrow, but at least they have a few friends to share the pain. Artistically I think this panel works very well. Good stuff.
