    Awwriight! We’ve got this sortie under weigh. Get out there and save citizens, you blue-cloaks. There still may be time… but don’t put too much trust in hiding in dockside warehouses!

      But Felix is sure that’s what the goddess means for them to do and they’ll all be safe, all thousands and thousands of them. Sort of sure. Well…he may revise that thought….

    I’m curious about the dog in the lower RH corner of the first panel. Is it taken from a Roman image, or a modern source? It looks like a direct ancestor or our white boxer, Bella. (BTW, I’m glad someone else knows about ‘turtles all the way down’. I’ve gotten a lot of blank looks, quoting that.)

      I am so thrilled that someone else got that quote, I can’t even tell you 😀

      I was thinking of the dogs from floor mosaics, though she should have sticky-up ears like this or this. I’m sure the Blues are devoted to her anyway, even with lop ears.
