I’ve created a set of Roman recipes cards for the Kickstarter, most of which are recipes I’ve tried out many times in the past and have inflicted on others. A few of the recipes are new to me, and a couple of the old ones I wanted to make sure I’d refined properly.
I wish the kitchen could always smell like Roman herbs! There’s something comforting about the combination.

Yummy stuff! Have you tried that Apicius recipe for beets in vinegar-mustard sauce? Really simple, really good.
I’ve tried the honeyed beets and the beets with leeks but ran out of beets before I got to the one with mustard. I’ll need more beets!
