This will be the final design for the first t-shirt, unless anyone spots any glitches or anatomical iffiness or has any other suggestions. Imagine it on a blue t-shirt (so the blue background would be the fabric of the shirt):
Next up, a final design for a Sweetums shirt

Oooh, Me-me, I wanna T-shirt? Where do I send my money? I’ll need one in extra-huge circus-tent size!
Aeronaut
Now, now, you are far from extra-huge. But I’ll make sure to use a vendor who can provide sizes XL, 2X, 3X, and Henry VIII.
I’d love one, but once burned, twice shy. I’ve spent good money on screen-printed t-shirts where the print started coming off after one or two washes. If I see positive reports about the quality and durability of the shirts, I’ll get one ASAP.
The place I’m thinking of using was recommended by someone who’s used them before, but I understand if you’re not keen on trying out a shirt from an unknown printer. Maybe someone will give feedback down the road after they’ve had a shirt for a while.
Well I’ll take one, whether the ink flakes off or not, ’cause I wanna support the CAUSE! Buys food/drink/publication/housing for poor Herculaneum artists empoverished by the recent volcanic disturbance.
ps. I take a 2X

Great timing! I’ve been going through old papers and just found another movie poster of yours, this for a showing of “Julius Caesar” starring Michael (“Take him to the holy place!”) Keating, with a few other folks like John Geilgud and Charleton Heston to back him up.
Hi!
I remember watching that movie. And concluding that the entire cast had been talked into doing it the night before while inebriated at a big Hollywood party, and were collectively hungover during filming. I don’t remember the movie poster. At all. Could you scan it or tak a pic? (Unless it’s really terrifying
)
I think I can find it again, and can probably scan it (not sure if I can get anything other than a jpg). How would I get it to you?
Anything you can manage would be appreciated, jpg or otherwise
If the file size is small enough, you could email it to the klio at spqrblues dot com email address. Or I could set up someplace for an FTP upload. Either way–very much appreciated!
But — but won’t the white parts of the design then be blue, as well? If you’re planning to use a white ink for Felix et al as well as the smoke… where does it stop, since the design bleeds at the top? Am I missing something about the physics?
It would be a rectangular box, cut off in the shape of a poster. I had it in my head it ought to be a blue shirt, but it might need to be a white shirt, with the blue printed on. I tend to prefer blue shirts over white ones…
