I love the way you keep pushing out the margins (of the art. Well, I guess the story, too). I remember Bill Watterson’s frustration with the standard newspaper cartoon format of that day.
It’s a wonder to me that Bill Watterson managed to keep all of Calvin & Hobbes‘ energy contained within a newspaper strip format. But he did it masterfully.
